Diamonds really are a girl’s best friend! Hollywood’s biggest stars were shinning bright as they gathered to help celeb jewelry designer Neil Lane unveil his flagship store Wednesday night in Los Angeles. Stars Tori Spelling , Lisa Rinna , Nicky Hilton , Debi Mazar , and Rachel Griffiths joined the designer at his glitzy new boutique to celebrate its opening.
